Just hours before the show returns to screens, the sinister trailer American Horror Story: Exquisite Part 2 Revealed on Wednesday.

Kim Kardashian reprises her role as cunning and suspicious publicist Siobhan Corbyn.

She is depicted comforting Emma Roberts (who plays pregnant movie star Anna Victoria Alcott), albeit possibly in a gaslighting context.

The trailer opens with a gripping close-up of Cara Delevingne, the 31-year-old actress who plays nurse Ivy Ehrenreich in the horror drama, looking down and shouting “Push!”

In the trailer, a tired Anna Victoria Alcott, played by Emma Roberts, expresses her concerns about her unborn baby to Kim Kardashian’s Siobhan Corbyn.

However, Siobhan dismissed Anna’s concerns as paranoia.

As the trailer progresses, eerie scenes unfold, accompanied by unsettling background music and lyrics that seem to echo the characters’ fears.

Ivy and two other mysterious figures glide down a blood-red corridor, while repetitive, creepy scenes depict a frightened Anna imprisoned in a dark room.

The first episode of Part Two is scheduled to premiere on FX at 10pm ET and will be available on Hulu the next day.
