Buckingham Palace honors extraordinary people in latest post

Princess Anne, the only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II, presented the honor to extraordinary people during an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace this week.
The royal family’s social media accounts shared adorable photos from the special ceremony on Thursday and congratulated everyone who has received the honor.
The post comes hours after Prince William and Kate Middleton celebrated their daughter Princess Charlotte’s 9th birthday, sharing an adorable photo of the little royal family.
The Prince and Princess of Wales’ post about Charlotte received massive likes and hearts, with many fans wishing the sister of Prince George and Prince Louis a happy birthday.
Some of the little princes attended the memorial service for Major Mike Sadler, the last member of the wartime SAS ‘Originals’. Sadler, who traveled across the deserts of North Africa by starling, died in January at the age of 103.
