Darjeeling:
Union Home Minister Amit Shah was unable to attend a scheduled election rally in West Bengal’s Darjeeling town on Sunday as his helicopter failed to land due to bad weather, a party leader said.
Mr Shah is scheduled to address the rally in support of Raju Bista, the BJP candidate for the Darjeeling Lok Sabha seat.

Later, local MP Mr Bista told reporters that Mr Shah may come to the hills ahead of the April 26 polls for Darjeeling Lok Sabha seat.
Local BJP leaders addressed the rally.
