At least 10 people were killed in a mid-air collision between two navy helicopters in Malaysia.

The incident took place at Lumut Naval Base at 9.32 am on Tuesday.

The clash took place during the rehearsal of the Royal Malaysian Navy parade.

The Navy confirmed the tragic outcome, reporting the deaths of all 10 crew members aboard the plane involved in the crash, according to Reuters.
