Ukraine’s maritime drone technology increasingly important

The Russian military patrol ship Sergei Kotov sank in the Black Sea after being targeted by a Ukrainian-made maritime drone, Ukrainian officials said. The attack reportedly drew attention to drones as an effective weapon in preventing Russian forces from taking control of the Black Sea. Miroslava Gongadze, VOA’s Eastern Europe bureau chief, was granted exclusive access to the development and testing site for cutting-edge drone technology.
