Samsung held its first Galaxy Unpacked event of the year in San Francisco in January to introduce its flagship Galaxy S24 series. The South Korean tech giant also launched the Galaxy Ring wearable device in a new product category at a grand launch event. Now, sources claim that the Galaxy Ring will be launched alongside the next-generation Galaxy Z foldable device at the company’s second Galaxy Unpacked event in July this year. The event is also said to include the debut of several other products, including the Galaxy Watch 7 series and Galaxy Buds 3.

Tipster Anthony on X (@TheGalox) claim Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event will be held in July 2024. The Galaxy Ring will be fully unveiled at the event. The company’s next foldable phones – Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6 – are also expected to be officially launched at the Galaxy Unpacked event. At the same event, Samsung will also launch new services, Galaxy Buds 3 truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones and the Galaxy Watch 7 series.

In addition, the tipster also said that the Galaxy Unpacked event in July may launch the new Galaxy Tab S10 series and Galaxy XR headphones. The headset is expected to serve as a competitor to Apple’s Vision Pro mixed reality headset.

Samsung briefly teased the Galaxy Ring at its Unpacked event last month. The wearable was also recently showcased at the 2024 Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. It’s available in three colors and is capable of tracking health metrics like heart rate, breathing rate, and sleep via the Samsung Health platform.
