A Metropolitan Police chief is under investigation for allegedly using taxpayers’ money to book a hotel room to have sex with a female colleague.

The chief superintendent allegedly had affairs with three female colleagues and used his company card to book hotel rooms to meet them.

He was put under investigation last month and an acting police officer has replaced him, Sky News reported.

A source also revealed that Mr Creek had given the green light to pay some of the women he had affairs with, even though he had no authority to do so.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police told Sky News that Mr Creek had not been criminally charged and had not been arrested.

They added: “A Chief Superintendent is currently the subject of a conduct investigation. The officer is currently on restricted duties while the investigation is ongoing.”
