Meghan Markle appeared to send a secret message to her sister-in-law, who has cancer, during a recent outing.

Just days before Kate announced to the public that she had cancer, the Duchess of Sussex attended a literary therapy session for children at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

For the candid outing, she opted to slip back into a white floral dress by Oscar de la Renta, which she paired with black ballet flats and natural makeup.
