Reality shows like MTV Splitsvilla and Roadies always keep viewers hooked and the drama and twists only intensify with each passing season. Among the popular players, Kevin Almasifar captured hearts with his competitive spirit in Roadies 18 and Splitsvilla 13. Despite winning admiration from many, Kevin disappointed fans with unexpected eliminations in both games. During the road game, despite his stellar performance throughout the season, a mistake by the team led to his departure. On the other hand, in Splitsvilla 13, Kevin won the task and emerged as a strong contender until a fight with Shivam Sharma led to his eviction. Recently, Kevin shared his story on Bhavya Singh aka Ms. Tang’s podcast where he spoke about his unfair eviction and revealed past examples such as Prince Narula won a controversial victory despite slapping another contestant.

He shared: “I feel like people have grown up and they’re starting to understand that life is different than it was 10 years ago. Like 10 years ago you wouldn’t have been criticized for something you did and you said things like, ‘How could she slap her? How could it be slapped? She slapped her and it was true but now people think about it in violent terms but at the time it was cool. Prince slapped someone and he won the show and I defended myself , but was kicked off the show.”

For those who are unaware, Kevin Almasifar’s journey in Splitsvilla 13 took an unexpected turn when he got into a physical altercation with Shivam Sharma, leading to his removal from the show disuse. Kevin’s behavior violated the rules. In a recent interview, Almasifa provided insight into the incident, explaining that he was trying to defend himself during the altercation. However, events unfolded beyond his control and he faced the consequences.

“I did say it was a reaction, like when I hit Shivam, I could control myself. At that moment, my mind was filled with hatred and anger. I didn’t want to hurt him, but I just wanted him to know , no matter what you do you do the talking, no matter what I do, that’s who I am. I could have controlled myself. I could have picked him up and thrown him in the pool. That’s what other people were saying, “Why don’t you Throw him into the pool? “I thought, ‘I should do this,'” Kevin Almasifa explained.

In Splitsvilla 13, Jay Dudhane and Aditi Rajput were announced as the winners of the show.
