The second edition of Meghan Markle’s Archetypes podcast has been faced with bad news before it’s even actually started.

The Duchess of Sussex, who announced her collaboration with Lemonada Media for a podcast in February, is believed to have put the brakes on it for this year.

According to reports, Lemonda Media delayed the show to avoid the podcast overshadowing the former actress’ upcoming TV project, which she began shooting last week.

Meghan previously had a deal with Spotify, through which she released the first season of Archetypes in 2022.

However, the Sussexes’ multimillion-dollar deal with the streaming platform unexpectedly ended in June 2023, leaving the future of Meghan’s podcast efforts uncertain.
