A delegation from the state, led by Karnataka Minister for Large and Medium Industries and Infrastructure Development MB Patil, participated in a series of discussions with industry leaders during the WEF Meet 2024 in Switzerland.

The Karnataka government on Wednesday said it has signed MoUs with seven companies with investment proposals worth Rs 22,000 crore at the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

As part of the MoU signed on Tuesday, Web Works proposes to set up a data center park worth Rs 20,000 crore in the state, while four other companies have invested a total of Rs 2,000 crore, according to a statement issued by the Karnataka minister.
