Kate Middleton and Prince William are stepping back from royal duties as Catherine undergoes preventive chemotherapy and are said to be nervous about their future royal roles, according to a new report.

Royal commentator Tina Brown claims future King William’s proximity to the throne is causing “intense anxiety” for the Prince and Princess of Wales amid the ongoing royal crisis.

The king is also undergoing treatment for some form of cancer and currently has no public-facing duties.

Brown writes in “News of Prince Charles’s Cancer”: “The news of Charles’s cancer brought William and Catherine ever closer to ascending to the throne… I understand that this prospect caused them intense anxiety. ” New York Times.

The expert’s claims come as the 75-year-old is said to be planning to embark on a tour of Australia with Queen Camilla later this year. The Queen is believed to be considering a two-week state visit to Australia as she is “overjoyed” by the good start to her cancer treatment.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, on the other hand, also made headlines when they returned to the UK in May for an event related to the Invincible Games.
