From surprise genre collaborations to BUDX reveal action, Budweiser’s experience at Lollapallooza India 2024

Budweiser is partnering with Lollapalooza India for a second year to co-curate and deliver an unparalleled experience to festival attendees. Here are the highlights of this year’s events.

BUDX stage

In line with Budweiser’s commitment to elevating the Indian music scene, the BUDX stage will feature iconic acts including Sting, Jonas Brothers, Keane, Lauv, Anoushka Shankar, The Raghu Dixit Project, When Chai Met Toast and more. Sting Keen Anushka Shankar Rauf.

Surprise type cooperation

Lolla attendees witnessed surprising cross-genre collaborations that added to the excitement of the performances on the BUDX stage. These include ‘Maan Meri Jaan’ famed artist KING featuring Nick Jonas, Lauv and Armaan Malik performing ‘I’m So Tired’ and Anoushka Shankar joining forces with Keane.Nick Jonas x KING, Rauf x Armaan Malik Keane x Anushka Shankar

BUDX EXPOSED BEHAVIOR

The BUDX stage also hosted two BUDX Uncovered performances – Meghalaya rapper Meba Ofilia on the first day and music duo RANJ and Clifr on the second day. BUDX Uncovered is a program that spotlights breakout artists and provides them with exposure on the global stage.

Immersive and engaging ground-level activations

This year, Lollapalooza India 2024 features a Rizz Studio in the Budweiser Brewing Zone with hairstyling, tattooing and piercing stations. Lolla attendees also enjoyed panoramic views from the Budweiser Ferris Wheel.

Buds and burgers

Budweiser is also partnering with The Bug Forkers to organize “Bud & Burgers: Burger Battle.” Chefs Vasquito Alvares (@vasquitoalvares) and Arjun Sikdar (@arjunsikdar) work side by side to offer festival goers a range of burgers, perfectly paired with the refreshing taste of Budweiser beer. Free, fun and safe rides! Budweiser has partnered with Ola to provide free, fun and safe rides to lolla attendees during the festival. Through “Budweiser Beats Music Mobiles”, festivalgoers can travel to the Mahalakshmi Racecourse from 4 areas of the city.
