George Bell, once the longest man in America, dies at the age of 67

George Bell, once recognized as the tallest person in the United States, died at the age of 67. Standing at 7 feet 8 inches, Bell held a Guinness World Record in 2007 to be the highest American, People Informed

The Norfolk Sheriff Office in Virginia, where Bell served as deputy from 2000 to 2014, confirmed his death in a Facebook post on 19 March. “We are sad to know about the passage of former deputy George Bell,” said the office. “He will be remembered for his kind and fun-making personality. He will always be considered a member of the office family of Norfolk Sheriff.”

Bell died at his home in Darham, North Carolina, surrounded by loved ones, the local affiliated WVEC-TV. The cause of death is not publicly disclosed.

The name of “Komal Vishal” grew up in Bell Portsmouth, Virginia by people close to him. While he was always considered tall, he reached his extraordinary height in his 20s due to vastness – a rare position due to additional growth hormones.

Before joining the law enforcement, Bell made his career in basketball. He played as a backup center for the University of Bayola in California in the early 1980s and later joined a show team Harlem Wizards, a show team similar to Harlem GlobeTortors.

Bell also appeared in Entertainment Projects, including the American Horror Story season 4 and reality show Freaksho, where he himself played.
