The former home secretary made the remarks during an appearance on London Broadcasting Corporation (LBC) on Tuesday, April 9.
“I have conducted investigations and tests, I have been very close to the Gaza border and I strongly believe – as a former attorney general who has dealt with issues of international law and military operations, I contradict very strongly that there has been any suggestion that Israel International law was violated, there was genocide, there was forced starvation. “
She also expressed her condolences to the families and friends of seven aid workers, including three Britons, who were killed in Israeli air strikes on Gaza last week.
