Amid intense campaigning in Madhya Pradesh, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia stopped Lord Mahavir’s convoy on his way out of Guna on Sunday to join a gathering in his honour. parade held.

Mr Scindia, who is fielded from Guna by the BJP, came to the tribal areas of his constituency on Saturday to hold a public meeting.
Guna will go to polls in the third phase on May 7 along with eight other assembly seats in the state.
Rao Yadavendra Singh of the Congress party is contesting from Scindia for the seat.

The Madhya Pradesh Lok Sabha elections will be held in four phases. The first phase of voting will be held on April 19, followed by April 26, May 7 and May 13.
Madhya Pradesh has a total of 29 Lok Sabha constituencies, making it the sixth largest state in terms of parliamentary representation. Of these, 10 seats are reserved for SC and ST candidates while the remaining 19 seats are unreserved.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP scored a huge victory in Madhya Pradesh, winning 28 out of 29 seats. The Congress won only one seat.
