After introducing the Mickey Mouse Edition, the Italian luxury scooter manufacturer is back again with another unique experiment where it has unveiled its 946 Dragon Edition in the global market.

It is reported that the company has introduced a stylish dragon themed scooter to mark the Lunar New Year event, which will be celebrated in Hong Kong on January 24.

Vespa 946 Dragon Edition Stock

The company restricted the units, and only a limited number of 1,888 units were developed. Interested customers will be able to purchase the vehicle from authorized dealerships or online through the official website.

What’s new?

The newly unveiled Vespa Dragon Edition is based on the 946 scooters, featuring new paint schemes along with noticeable cosmetics. As per the picture shared, it gets a light green shade with Vespa badging along with dragon graphics on the front profile. Apart from this, it continues to have LED headlight setup, body-colour side mirrors and single seating arrangement with ample leg space for the rider.

Engine and Power

Talking about the engine and power figures, it has an air-cooled, 125cc, single-cylinder engine that produces a maximum output of 11.5 bhp and peak torque of 10.3Nm. On the mechanical front, the scooter is equipped with a metal-monocoque body, and features a single leading-link shock at the front. It runs on 12-inch stylish wheels and gets a 220 mm disc brake at the front.

Vespa Varsity Jacket

To attract a mass audience, the company has also launched its own clothing line and launched a matching ‘Varsity’ jacket. It features Vespa’s iconic V monogram and is colour-coordinated with the scooter.
