US woman charged after posing as 14 to have sex with teenage boy

The age of consent in Florida is 18 years old.

A 23-year-old woman in the United States has been charged with posing as a 14-year-old girl with the intention of meeting and molesting a teenage boy.according to New York Post, Alyssa Ann Singer was arrested again by the Tampa Police Department on Thursday after four more victims came forward.

Prior to that, she was arrested in November last year on suspicion of having sex with at least one student at least 30 times and sending explicit videos to several others.

“It is disturbing and disturbing to see an adult taking advantage of children and preying on them. Anyone who may have been a victim of Zinger, we encourage you to come forward. Four more teenage victims have since come forward.

The woman allegedly pretended to be a 14-year-old homeschooled girl and sexually harassed middle school students and had sex with younger boys. Authorities said Singer had sex with the first victim multiple times and allegedly sent pornographic videos to several children via Snapchat.

“This incident did not originate at a local school, where Singer communicated with the victim online posing as a home-schooled student,” the Tampa Police Department said in a statement.

Police identified the first victim as a middle school student between the ages of 12 and 15, according to the arrest report.

“The victims in this case were all between the ages of 12 and 15, and they were all in middle school,” State Attorney Suzy Lopez told reporters World Confederation of Labour. The age of consent in Florida is 18 years old.

She currently faces 11 felonies, including indecent assault, indecent assault, online sexual harassment, and possession of child pornography.

During his first court appearance on Friday, Singer waived his right to arraignment and pleaded not guilty to the charges. She will return for a preliminary hearing on Monday.
