The country is celebrating 75th Republic Day today, completing a quarter of a decade since the adoption of the Constitution of India. French President Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Draupadi Murmu and other dignitaries are on duty to attend the event.

The national capital is decked up to witness the grand parade on the famous Kartavya Path, which includes the participation of the Indian Armed Forces and paramilitary organizations and the most awaited tableaux of all the states representing the rich culture and heritage of India.

Rajasthan: Women’s Handicraft

The tableau of Rajasthan in the Republic Day Parade showcased the festive culture of Rajasthan as well as the development of women handicraft industries.

Uttar Pradesh: ‘Ayodhya: Developed India-Empowered Heritage’

The theme of the tableau of Uttar Pradesh was based on ‘Ayodhya: Developed India-Rich Heritage’. This tableau symbolizes the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla, which displays his childhood form.

Chhattisgarh: traditional democratic values
