Raiganj:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday claimed that corruption and crime had become “full-time jobs” under the Trinamul Congress (TMC) regime and alleged that the party allowed Rohingyas and infiltrators to transform the state population structure.
He said that on the other hand, the country’s ruling party has been opposing the CAA, which aims to provide citizenship to refugees.
Prime Minister Modi, while addressing a rally in Raiganj, claimed that the TMC government did not allow Ram Navami rally but “allowed stone pelting at Ram Navami rally”.
“Under the TMC regime, corruption and crime have become a full-time activity in Bengal. Corruption and crime are rampant in the state,” he said.
Prime Minister Modi criticized the TMC government for opposing the CAA in the state, saying the TMC “allowed the Rohingyas and infiltrators to change the demography of the state and create law and order problems in the state.”
