UP ATS arrests Moscow-based MEA employee Satyendra Siwal on charges of espionage for ISI

The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested Satyendra Siwal, who was posted as an MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) in the Ministry of External Affairs, on charges of working for the Inter-Services Intelligence Agency.

“Satyendra Siwal, who was working as an MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been arrested by the UP ATS. He was accused of working for the ISI. Satyendra Siwal was posted to the Indian Embassy in Moscow. He was originally a resident of Hapur, ” UP ATS said in a statement.
