Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce opted to forego the Coachella festivities on Friday night to spend a quiet night at one of Swift’s favorite Los Angeles restaurants.

Although it was expected the couple might attend the event to support Swift’s friend Lana Del Rey, they instead opted for a private outing away from the crowds.

The pop star and the Kansas City Chiefs star left Sushi Park hand in hand.

Swift and Kelce enjoyed a quiet night at a famous Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles, known for its chef-only menu and strict no photos or videos policy.

This upscale restaurant is open only from Tuesday to Saturday, for just three hours each evening from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

For the occasion, Swift donned a sleek red varsity jacket with white racing stripes, paired with a dark top and denim skirt, while Kelce looked dapper in an olive green suit paired with black sneakers.

Despite missing the first weekend of Coachella, there is speculation that the couple may attend the second weekend, which is scheduled for April 19-21.

According to sources, Swift and her friend Lana Del Rey discussed their Coachella plans at a recent dinner.

The pair aimed to enjoy the festival with ease, choosing a trendy theme of “hippie chic with artist fun” to capture the desert vibe.
