Surbhi Chanda releases dreamy video of her Roka with Karan Sharma ahead of Jaipur wedding; watch

Actress Surbhi Chandna and her boyfriend Karan Sharma kept their relationship a secret for 13 years and finally decided to take the plunge and get married. After much speculation, the couple recently confirmed their wedding plans. In one of their latest public appearances, Surbhi Chandna not only shared the happy news but also revealed key details about the upcoming ceremony, including the wedding date and destination. The couple began their wedding preparations by receiving blessings from Lord Ganesh at a local temple and handing over wedding invitation cards to the priest. After the religious ceremony, the couple was seen posing for the paparazzi and during the conversation, the ‘Ishqbaaz’ star opened up about her big day.

The actress shared a video from her roka ceremony in September. In the video, the couple and their family take part in the ceremony during “rokation,” a combination of roka and vacation. Surbhi looked stunning in a beige indo-western suit, while Karan wore a white kurta pajama set and a beige blazer. Throughout the ceremony, the couple hugged each other and posed for adorable photos.

Surbhi wrote in the post, “September is a special month for both of us. Our birthdays are both in the same month and just two days apart. We decided it would be even more special if we hosted ROKA in September. Our idea was to do a 3 days ROKA*TION (roka + holiday) in Goa and boy did we have a great time with Sharma and Chandnas and blessings from above. Finally after 13 years on 18th September 2023 The sun is sealed.”

Discussing their marriage plans, Surbhi had earlier revealed that her partner was responsible for all the arrangements. She had said, “Jaipur mein hai 1 aur 2 (March) tareek ko. Reception nahi hoga, destination wedding hai bass. (In Jaipur, it is 1st and 2nd (March). There will be no Reception, destination wedding only).”
