Mel B recently opened up about her relationship online saturday kitchen April 13, looking back on her eventful life over the past few decades.

Speaking exclusively about her relationship, the Spice Girls star revealed she experienced domestic violence following her secret marriage to ex-boyfriend Stephen Belafonte.

After they married in Las Vegas in June 2007, Mel gave birth to her third and final daughter, Madison Brown Belafonte, later in 2011.

However, in 2016, Mayer accused the film’s producers of emotional, financial and physical abuse.

Speaking on the topic, the singer claimed: “[He] Threatened me with violence and threatened to ruin my life in every way possible…ruin my career and take away my children. “

The former couple decided to go their separate ways shortly after.

Opened up about her ‘toxic’ relationship loose woman, Mel B noted: “I’ve been out of prison for seven years and I still suffer from PTSD and panic attacks because I don’t believe in myself, how could I when I thought that person loved me? I’m so concerned Girl power, but there’s nothing I can do about it.”

She added: “I did a lot of head-scratching things to deal with the trauma because I didn’t want to talk about it.”

However, Stephen denied the accusations against him, leaving no room for further questions.
