Kannada star Darshan will be seen in a film titled Devil, directed by Prakash Veer of Milana fame. This is the second collaboration between Darshan and Prakash after the 2017 film “Tarak” starring Sruthi Hariharan and Shanvi Srivastava. The music of “Devil” is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath and the cinematography is by Santhosh Rai Pathaje.

Director Prakash recently revealed that the actual shooting of the film has not yet started and only a few scenes have been shot. The reason is that Darshan was busy promoting his film “Kaatera” when “Devil” was released. The production team has been tight-lipped about the project, with few updates on the film since it was announced in November. “Demon” has only exposed one poster so far, and not much information has been revealed.

Fans are eager to know more about the film, especially Darshan’s look in the film, even more so after the huge success of ‘Kaatera’. On the occasion of Diwali, the first look poster of Darshan from the movie was revealed and it received a positive response. Darshan’s fans, who call the actor ‘D Boss’, defined the first poster as the perfect amalgamation of “a devilish character in the eyes of a hero”.

Now, the wait might finally be over as Prakash has some interesting notes for fans. Darshan’s birthday is February 16th. The South Indian film industry has long had a tradition of releasing information about upcoming films on the birthday of its lead actors. The same is true here, as the producers have confirmed that the trailer for Demons will be released on February 16th. It’s official, so fans will have to hold on for three more days.

Meanwhile, Darshan’s previous venture Kaatera was a huge success at the box office. After the 2021 action film “Robert”, Darshan and Tarun Sudhir have teamed up for “Kaatera”. Darshan was recently seen briefly in Yogaraj Bhat’s wrestling drama Garadi.
