On Wednesday, the 89-year-old Hollywood icon hosted a lively party on the patio of Christie’s Malibu restaurant, located near California’s picturesque Zuma Beach.

Against a picturesque backdrop, MacLaine’s infectious laughter echoed around the courtyard as she chatted with her female assistant and two male companions.

She leaned back in the midst of the heated conversation, clearly delighted.

There was a familiar face at Christie’s, and her presence was met with attentive service, including a soothing massage by a female staff member at the end of the meal.

As the party prepared to leave, they encountered fellow diner Angelique “French” Morgan.
