Samsung Galaxy Book 4 with Intel Core 7 CPU debuts in India: Check price

Samsung Galaxy Book 4 was launched in India on Friday, March 22. This model was launched alongside the Galaxy Book 4 Pro, Galaxy Book 4 360 and Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 which were launched in India in February this year. However, unlike the previous model, the new laptop does not come with an Intel Core Ultra processor. However, the Galaxy Book 4 comes with its own set of AI-powered features that are said to help with multiple tasks like photo remastering or video editing. It’s available for purchase domestically, in two color options, and in a variety of CPU and RAM models.

Samsung Galaxy Book 4 price, availability in India

Samsung Galaxy Book 4 launched in Samsung India website Prices start at Rs. The Intel Core 5 CPU and 8GB RAM option is priced at Rs 70,990, while the 16GB RAM model with the same processor is priced at Rs 70,990. 75,990.

The Intel Core 7 variant of Galaxy Book 4 is available only with 16GB RAM and is priced at Rs. 85,990. All models are available in Gray and Silver and are currently available on the Samsung India website, leading online stores and select retail stores.

Samsung announced in a press release that customers who purchase Galaxy Book 4 can enjoy bank cashback offer worth Rs. 5,000 or get upgrade rewards up to Rs. 4,000. Students who purchase also receive an additional 10% discount. Buyers can also opt for no-cost EMI option for up to 24 months.

Samsung Galaxy Book 4 specs, features

Galaxy Book 4 sporty 15.6-inch Full HD (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) LED anti-glare screen. It is equipped with up to Intel Core 7 processor 150U CPU, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR4x RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB. It comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Home.

The laptop comes with an AI-powered photo repair tool that allows users to restore old images and even restore low-quality images. It can be used to change elements in an image, such as removing unwanted light and shadows. The device also has a built-in Galaxy Video Editor.

Users can connect their Galaxy smartphones to experience better webcam quality through Samsung Galaxy Book 4. The feature uses the camera sensor on Samsung Galaxy smartphones as a webcam instead of the 720p built-in camera. The feature was first announced by the company in January this year.

Galaxy Book 4 is equipped with a 54Wh battery that supports 45W charging via USB Type-C port. The laptop also supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. For security, it has a fingerprint reader. It also comes with 1x HDMI, 2x USB Type-C and 2x USB 3.2 ports, along with 1x microSD card reader, 1x audio jack and 1x RJ45 (LAN) slot.

The Galaxy Book 4 weighs 1.55 kg and measures 35.66 cm x 22.91 cm x 1.54 cm.
