Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher Divorce: Reasons for Breakup Revealed

Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher’s marriage was already on shaky ground even before they officially separated, as the two clashed over a number of issues.

According to a source citing US WeeklyCohen, 52, and Fisher, 48, have been “at odds” as they feud over professional commitments and family responsibilities.

While neither has commented on the details that led up to their breakup, another source revealed that the two had a “violent argument” at an A-list Hollywood hotspot.

Eyewitnesses revealed the pair had been arguing “violently” over conflicting filming schedules, which affected their responsibilities at home.

Cohen and Fisher, who have been married since 2010 and have three children, announced their split via Instagram on Friday.

“After a long tennis match that lasted more than two decades, we finally put down the racquets,” Cohen and Fisher said in a joint statement on Instagram, along with a throwback photo of the two in tennis attire.

“In 2023, we jointly filed to terminate our marriage. We have always put privacy first and have been working quietly to deal with this change.”

They concluded: “We forever share our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely thank you for respecting our family’s wish for privacy.”

Previously, another source also claimed that the divorce had “nothing to do” with Rebel Wilson’s alleged inappropriate behavior against Cohen in her recently released memoir.
