More than 50 traditional musical instruments from 18 states will give a musical start to the much-awaited ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the installation of Lord Ram’s idol at the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of the idol of Ram Lalla, the childhood form of Lord Ram, will be attended by people from all walks of life including representatives of major spiritual and religious sects of the country, representatives of various tribal communities and prominent personalities. ,

The ceremony will begin at 12:20 pm and according to the temple trust, it is expected to end by 1 pm. After this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the gathering.

According to the trust, the consecration rituals for ‘Pran Pratishtha’ began from the Saryu river on January 16 and will be completed at ‘Abhijeet Muhurta’ on Monday afternoon.

Lakhs of people are expected to watch the event live on TV and online platforms as the central government has announced a half-day holiday on January 22 and many states have also followed suit.

The temple trust has made elaborate arrangements to broadcast the consecration ceremony live. For the devotees in Ayodhya, a Gujarat company has made a 69 feet floating LED screen on the Saryu River, which has been installed at the Saryu Ghat.

“The length of this entire screen is 69 feet and height is 16 feet, making the entire floating LED screen approximately 1,100 square feet,” said Akshay Anand, MD of the Gujarat-based company.
