Prince Harry and Meghan Markle fight for backup plan in US visa case

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle appear to be preparing for the worst in the Duke of Sussex’s U.S. visa case.

The royal, who moved to the United States in 2020 after stepping down from royal duties, has his visa application currently under review by a federal judge after admitting to drug use in his explosive memoir Spare.

according to of the Daily Mail Richard Eden said Harry had “good reason to be nervous” after the think tank made a Freedom of Information Act request for his immigration documents.

After the memoir was published in January 2023, the Heritage Foundation launched a lawsuit against Harry.

“With the US presidential election coming up, we knew Meghan was not a fan of Donald Trump and the feeling was very mutual,” Eden told Palace Confidential.

“Trump likes to suggest that if he becomes president again, their lives won’t be that easy,” he continued. “So, I think Harry has every reason to be nervous in America right now and if he had an escape route back to his home country, that would suit him well.”
