According to the MoU, areas of mutual cooperation include the establishment of a master plan to remodel MMR into an energy-independent zone. Furthermore, the master plan formulates strategic directions for the deployment of eco-friendly technologies to incorporate a brand new smart city with sustainability and efficiency.

The collaboration between the two parties will also be carried out to design the infrastructure based on tech-oriented smart home technology.
