“Sabka saath is not a slogan but Modi’s assurance,” Prime Minister Modi said in a 90-minute-long passionate reply during the discussion of a motion of thanks to the President for his address in the Lok Sabha.

He said that the government’s goal is to make India a developed country (Viksit Bharat) by 2047, the 100th anniversary of India’s independence.

“Vikshit Bharat is not a play on words, it is our commitment…” Modi said while outlining an ambitious roadmap for the next five years. The Modi government is completing its second five-year term and the next general election will be held in April-May.

He said the number of doctors and medical colleges in India will increase exponentially.

The Prime Minister said healthcare will become more accessible and cheaper.

He promised to cover the country with a piped gas network, provide running water to poor households and achieve zero electricity bills through the use of solar energy.

Modi said India will see more start-ups, one hundred thousand unicorns, a record number of patents, the best universities, greater participation in international sports, transformation of public transport and bullet trains.

Prime Minister Modi said that in the Modi 3.0 era, India will make extensive use of artificial intelligence, nanofertilizers, green technology, natural agriculture and nightlife food.

He said India will make significant progress in the semiconductor industry, electronics and green hydrogen.
