A German electrician who quit his job to pursue a career similar to Jeff Bezos claims he now enjoys a lavish lifestyle like a billionaire.according to new york postCagdas Halicilar, 46, is known for his uncanny resemblance to the billionaire, who he said “looks like his twin brother”.

After starting this job, his fortunes changed a lot as he is now often spotted traveling on luxury cruise ships. He also enjoys high popularity as many of Mr Bezos’ fans ask him for selfies and videos, which he is more than happy to pose for.

It all happened a few years ago when his friend showed him a photo of Jeff Bezos and highlighted their similarities.

“When I became a businessman, my friends and acquaintances told me I looked like a multimillionaire. I didn’t understand what they meant until they showed me a picture of Jeff Bezos. Mine Some friends joked that he cloned me,” he said.

Harry Silar then began copying the Amazon founder’s bald look and incorporating his character, which he says only took a little effort. He then signed with a doppelgänger agency.

“Because Jeff Bezos also dresses casually, it doesn’t matter if I wear a suit or jeans and a polo shirt. The only thing I do is shave my head and apply Nivea cream regularly. But I’ve been doing this for over a decade ,” he said.

During a recent trip to Seattle, Harry Lillar recounted how Amazon employees flooded him with requests for selfies.

“When I was in Seattle with my friends, we were walking through the Amazon campus. All the Amazon employees came up to me and wanted selfies and thanked me for being proud to work at Amazon,” he recalled.

However, he admitted that his girlfriend Barbara was annoyed by the attention he received on the street.

Harry Silar said he is now able to live a life similar to Bezos’. “I also have a similar lifestyle to him – I travel on boats a lot, even have a butler, and drink good whiskey like Jeff does. My wish would be to have a drink with Jeff Bezos on his yacht Whiskey – he’s a yacht fanatic like me,” he added.
