Himachal factory fire: Fire rescue operations underway, 13 still missing

A day after a fire broke out at a cosmetics factory in Himachal’s Solan city on Saturday, killing a woman and injuring 31 others, rescue operations are underway to rescue 13 missing workers, police said.

A fire broke out at NR Aroma factory in Solanbadi district at 2:45 pm on Friday and is yet to be brought under control. Deputy Commissioner Solan Manmohan Sharma said there were about 50 people in the building at the time of the incident, some of whom ran home and 13 people are still missing.
