Travis Kelce referred to Taylor Swift as ‘significant other’ at Patrick Mahomes’ gala

Travis Kelce recently described Taylor Swift as his “significant other” at Patrick and Brittany Mahomes’ charity auction event.

“I think, umm, I was just talking to my significant other,” Travis said, gaining the audience’s attention.

In a clip posted to Instagram Stories, the NFL made this adorable reference when he took the stage during an auction at the ceremony and revealed that four tickets to Swift’s Eras tour were going to The 15 and Mahomes Foundation Golf Classic event in Las Vegas. “We may have another auction item that wasn’t on the docket,” Travis commented.

Interestingly, Taylor and Travis were seen at the event as guests of Mahomes and his wife.

However, Brittany was called out for showing her fake personality in front of Taylor.

In a video posted to X from the event, the singer can be seen waving a red napkin from her seat as Travis and Santa begin auctioning off her concert tickets.

Santa said to the footballer star, as the cameras panned across the room where he was standing, “Who would really pay hundreds of thousands to know that Taylor Swift is actually cheering you on because you’re winning 4 of her tickets?” This is crazy! Let’s go!

Travis was seen laughing at this and then waved a yellow handkerchief on stage and then loudly exclaimed, “Come on baby!”

Tickets for Taylor’s tour ultimately sold for an incredible $80,000.

Meanwhile, on April 26, the day before the ceremony, Travis and Taylor released their new album Tortured Poets Department On April 19, seen on a double date with Mahomes at Easy’s Cocktail Lounge inside the ARIA Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
