Mumbai police have named jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his brother Anmol Bishnoi as “wanted fugitives” over their alleged involvement in Bollywood actor Salman, an official said on Saturday. ·Shots fired outside Khan’s residence.

He said Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, who were arrested in the case earlier this week, were allegedly taking instructions from the Bishnoi brothers.

The crime branch of the police, which is investigating the case, has added sections 506 (2) (criminal intimidation threatening to cause death or grievous hurt) and 201 (causing disappearance of evidence or giving false information to shield the criminal) of the Indian Penal Code to First Information report (FIR), the officer further informed.

The police registered an FIR under IPC section 307 (attempt to murder) after two men on a motorcycle opened fire at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, Salman Khan’s residence, in the early hours of April 14. Register.

On April 16, police arrested Gupta and Pal from Bhuj, Gujarat. Officials said Pal allegedly opened fire while Gupta was riding his motorcycle.

Following the incident, a Facebook post in the name of Anmol Bishnoi claimed responsibility for the attack.

The IP address from which the post was uploaded can be traced to Portugal, the official said. Notably, it was uploaded three hours before the shooting. Police officials added that the Facebook account in Anmol’s name was created using a foreign mobile number.
