FIR filed against YouTuber Elvish Yadav for illegal use of snake in music video

Days after being released on bail, YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav finds himself in trouble again.

This time, a case was booked against Elvish Yadav and singer Rahul Yadav aka Fazilpuriya for illegally using snakes and using abusive language during the shooting of the song “32 Bore”.

According to police, a case has been registered under Section 294 of the Criminal Procedure Code at Badshapur police station in Gurgaon.

Giving details, SHO Satish Deshwal of Badshahpur police station said, “We have received a court order to register an FIR under Section 156(3) against Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuriya. The FIR has been registered under Section 156(3) .IPC, Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Wildlife Protection Act.”

We will verify the records and send notices to them (Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuriya) after further investigation. He added that the complainant has provided the (video) link in the FIR and all evidence will be collected after a joint investigation by the complaining parties.

Elvish Yadav and 50 others were reportedly seen using various snakes, which are banned under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, and the video went viral on the internet.

The plea also claimed that the video was shot at a Gurgaon mall and said Elvish Yadav was involved in other illegal activities along with unidentified people.

Earlier, Elvish Yadav was arrested after an FIR was registered against six persons, including Elvish Yadav, at Sector 49 police station in Noida for allegedly providing suspected liquor for entertainment at a rave party in Noida Sex drug snake venom.

However, five days after his arrest, the Gautam Buddha Nagar district court granted him bail.
