Bollywood couple Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar never shy away from expressing their love for each other. Case in point – their wedding anniversary post. The couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary on February 19 and dedicated special posts to each other on their social media timelines. Farhan Akhtar sent the internet “aww” as he shared an adorable car selfie with his wife and wrote, “With you… proudly… always.” Happy Anniversary @ShibaniyaAkhtar, love you,” along with lots of heart emojis. In the photo, the couple is seen wearing casual clothes while smiling in front of the camera. Shibani Dandekar replied to the post saying, “Love you [heart emojis],

Many celebrities have wished the couple in the comments section. Farhan Akhtar’s friend, superstar Hrithik Roshan said, “Happy anniversary.” Farhan’s cousin, director Farah Khan said, “Happy Happy U2.” Rhea Chakraborty, Zoya Akhtar, Ali Fazal and Amrita Arora made heart emojis. Farhan Akhtar celebrated his 50th birthday in January this year and he received a lovely note from his wife. Earlier in an interview, Shibani Dandekar had shared that Farhan Akhtar’s marriage proposal came as a surprise. talking to Elle IndiaShibani said: “It was a very unexpected proposal. I didn’t know this was going to happen. We didn’t even discuss it. But this is Farhan again, when he decides to do something, he sticks to it. I was never the kind who wanted to get married and do everything. But when Farhan asked, it felt right that moment and after the initial shock I said yes!” Farhan Akhtar had proposed Shibani in Maldives. Farhan and Shibani got married in 2022 in an intimate ceremony in the presence of friends and family.
