Electronic Arts has released more details about its upcoming Formula 1 racing simulation game EA Sports F1 24, along with a new trailer. First released in February, F1 24 will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X on May 31st, ahead of previous games in the series. EA detailed the game’s features and confirmed that players will be able to compete as a driver of their choice in the 2024 F1 season for the first time in career mode.

F1 24 brings a new dynamic control system, which can bring a more realistic F1 racing driving feeling. Comprehensive upgrades including new suspension kinematics, tire models, advanced aerodynamic simulations and new engine and car setup options. Career mode has also been overhauled, EA said. In addition to racing as a player-created custom driver, players can also race as a real-life F1 driver from the 2024 season, or even an iconic F1 driver from the past. Career mode will also include new features such as match-day missions and contract objectives, helping players build reputations, long-term goals, two-player careers and more.
