Dunki OTT launch: Where to watch Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani movies online

Nearly two months after its release, Shah Rukh Khan’s “Dunki” is now released on OTT. The Rajkumar Dirani-directed production is now streaming on Netflix. The OTT platform shared a poster of the film on its official Instagram account on Wednesday evening, announcing its digital version. “Pack your bags! @iamsrk is coming home after a round-the-world Dunki tour ❤️ Dunki, now streaming on Netflix!” the caption read.

“Dunki,” released on December 21, follows the emotional journey of a group of friends who want to emigrate abroad. The plot follows the exciting journey of those who choose an unconventional route known as “Donkey Flight,” showing the difficulties they encounter along the way. Apart from SRK, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal also play important roles. The film earned over Rs 300 crore at the box office in India.

Even though the film received a positive response from everyone, in an exclusive interview with News18 Showsha, Rajkumar Hirani revealed that SRK was sure that while the comedy would win hearts, it would not gain the audience like an action film like Jawan favor. Pathan did it.

“He always told me not to expect a box office hit in the beginning. He knew it was a slow process and that eventually audiences and families would love the film and start watching it. He was preparing me for it better than anyone, and this That’s exactly what happened. We saw families gathering in theaters to watch the movie,” he told us.

Last month, Box Office Worldwide reported that Dunki could be nominated for an Academy Award. Although there is no official confirmation of this news yet, if the news is true, this will be Shah Rukh Khan’s third film to submit for Oscar nomination. Previously, his 2004 film “Swades” and 2005 film “Paheli” were also submitted for nomination for this award.
