Doja Cat denies accusations of insulting fellow artist Cardi B amid leaked songs from her upcoming album Scarlet 2.
Responding to fans on X Platform speculating that the song might attack Cardi admit meDoja launched into a fiery tirade, urging followers to “get joy in life.”
She clarified that the celebrity name mentioned in the verse was Canadian pop star Carly Rae Jepsen, not Cardi B.
The rapper stressed that the leaks won’t affect the quality of her music but remained unmoved, saying: “But it doesn’t make it sound better or worse, so why does it matter?”
She declared on Twitter that Pitbull, Chingy and Baby Bash are the “big three” of the current rap genre.
The posts come after Doja teased her upcoming music on Instagram on Tuesday.
Doja announced the release of her next album on her Instagram page, Scarlet 2 Cloudscheduled for this Friday, April 5th.
