A post by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batting coach Michael Hussey has gone viral on social media, with the former Australia star claiming to have taken a dig at the recent skipper of Mumbai Indians Failed miserably. Hussey was quoted in the post as saying that CSK has only had one captain (Rohit Sharma) to worry about over the years but he is no longer leading the Mumbai team. However, the post has been proven to be fake.

The fake post that went viral read: “Honestly, no one this year. Only one captain Rohit Sharma beat us in the final and he is not the captain anymore. You know who I am talking about (laughing)”.

Question during mid-innings chat: “Which captain is the CSK management afraid of?”

Mike Hussey: “To be honest, no one this year. Only one captain has beaten us in the finals, and he’s not the captain anymore. You know who I’m talking about”

However, Hussey did not engage in such a chat during the 2024 iPL match between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad. In fact, Harsha Bogle did not ask Hussey any questions about the captain’s vision.You can see the complete chat video here.
