4.3 magnitude earthquake hits Afghanistan

The National Center for Seismology (NCS) said Afghanistan recorded an earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale late on Tuesday.

According to NCS, the shaking was felt around 8:52 p.m.

The depth of the earthquake was 102 kilometers.

National Seismological Center Occurred on February 6, 2024 at 20:52:52 IST, Latitude: 36.30, Longitude: 71.46, Depth: 102 km, Region: Afghanistan, Magnitude: 4.3. X.

Earlier that afternoon, an earthquake of the same magnitude also occurred in Afghanistan.
