2024 Porsche Macan EV globally unveiled, check price and specifications

High-performance carmaker Porsche, which has seen positive sales figures last year, has unveiled the Porsche Macan EV globally. As per the official details, the electric sports car is offered in two variants: Macan 4 and Macan Turbo. Both trims are equipped with a 100 kWh battery setup, with dual motors. These models are also available with all-wheel-drive systems.

2024 Porsche Macan EV power and range

Both variants are treated with 800-volt architecture, allowing them to use DC fast-charging speeds of up to 270 kW. The Macan EV is claimed by the brand to be charged from 10 percent to 80 percent in just 21 minutes and can offer a claimed range of 613 km. While the top-spec is capable of providing a good range of 591 km or even more depending on the driving style.

All about the Porsche Macan 4

First of all talking about the Porsche Macan 4, it comes with impressive power figures, producing a maximum output of 402 bhp and 650 Nm. It has been claimed that this model is capable of accelerating from 0-100 kmph in just 4.9 seconds and its top speed is 219 kmph.

When it comes to the top model Macan Turbo, as the name suggests, it shares great power figures compared to the above mentioned trim. It produces a maximum output of 630 bhp and 1129 Nm, allowing it to accelerate from 0-98 kmph in just 3.1 seconds. The top speed of the car is also 259 km per hour.

On the outside, the Porsche Macan EV comes with an updated design, which has been treated with improved LED DRLs and main headlamps that are positioned horizontally below the air dam. There are some cosmetic changes at the back too, with a signature style slim LED light bar attached to both ends.

The company has also included an active spoiler in it, which adds even more attraction to it. Apart from being so fast and advanced, it also offers 84-litres of front boot space for cargo and luggage.
