Heavy rainfall has impacted air travel, with Dubai International Airport, the world’s busiest international travel destination, experiencing significant delays and cancellations.
The airport temporarily halted operations for nearly half an hour, with reports of “significant disruption” and roads around Dubai also severely affected by flooding. The situation resulted in the suspension of all flights in and out of the airport until Wednesday morning.
