“Using business to settle the score and make peace”: Trump takes credit for the role of India-Pakistan understanding

US President Donald Trump has once again taken credit for understanding at the end of equality between India and Pakistan.

Talking to Brett Bair of Fox News, the US President claimed that he used trade as a tool to create peace between India and Pakistan as nuclear -operated neighboring struggle was on the verge of which was ready to be too dangerous.

Bair questioned that Trump asked about his “successes of foreign policy”, saying, “You had some successes of foreign policy just before this journey. You picked up the phone and called two nuclear powers, India and Pakistan, and you got them to take them back from the verge.

The Trump asked to end the enmity between India and Pakistan, “I will be credited at any time compared to a big success.”

He said in detail, “They are the major nuclear powers … and they were angry. The next phase was probably the title for Tat. It was getting deep and more missiles. Everyone was strong, at a point where the next was going to be an N-Word (atom)”.

Speaking of a possible nuclear conflict among the neighbors, Trump said, “This is an N-word. It is a very bad word in many ways. An N-word used in an atomic sense, this is the worst thing that can be, and I think they were very close. We are going to talk about business.”

End of enmity, Trump followed the increased tension after the operation vermilion launched by India in the early hours of May 7. Operation targeted nine terrorist sites in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Jammu and Kashmir (POJK), in retaliation for the May 5, May 5 terrorist attack. India and Pakistan reached an understanding at the end of enmity on 10 May.
