On December 8, officers responded to a call around 5:50 p.m. at the Jane Subway Station following a report of an assault on a female passenger. Police allege that the suspect attacked another woman as soon as she left the area. Both victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Bathurst Subway Station and at Dufferin Street and Bloor Street West.
The suspect also robbed a woman at the Bathurst subway station, authorities said. In each case, the victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have identified the suspect as Aymen Dhiya, 24, of no fixed address. He has been charged with four counts of assault and one count of robbery. Dhiya was to appear in court on December 9.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims and have released photographs of the suspect to the public. He is described as a man of five feet eight inches tall, with a slim build. At the time of the December 8 attack, he was wearing a black jacket with torn sleeves, a gray hooded sweatshirt, black and red pants, and running shoes.
