Tori Spelling has filed for divorce from her husband of 18 years, Dean McDermott.

Their official separation date is June 17, 2023.

In the filing, Spelling requested spousal support and sought to terminate McDermott’s ability to receive the same support.

She asked for sole custody of her five minor children – Liam Aaron, Stella Doreen, Heidi Margaret, Finn David and Beau Dean.

The document did not specify whether the parties had a prenuptial agreement.
