Tori Spelling has filed for divorce from her husband of 18 years, Dean McDermott.

court documents obtained people Spelling revealed that the reason for their breakup was irreconcilable differences.

Their official separation date is June 17, 2023.

In the filing, Spelling requested spousal support and sought to terminate McDermott’s ability to receive the same support.

She asked for sole custody of her five minor children – Liam Aaron, Stella Doreen, Heidi Margaret, Finn David and Beau Dean.

The document did not specify whether the parties had a prenuptial agreement.

Tory noted that details regarding the nature and extent of their respective properties have yet to be determined.

On the same day they separated, McDermott publicly announced the couple’s decision to separate via an Instagram statement that was later deleted.

He expressed deep sadness and a heavy heart at the end of their 18-year relationship and their journey of raising five children together.
