Mumbai Indians registered their first win of the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) season as they defeated Delhi Capitals by 33 runs at Wankhede on Sunday. While this was Hardik Pandya’s first win as captain of the Mumbai franchise, his predecessor Rohit Sharma contributed to the result with a brilliant knock of 49 off 27 balls Foundation. Rohit is yet to talk about the captaincy change saga in the team as he was given Hardik Pandya at the beginning of the season. Due to this change, Hardik found himself time and time again being booed by fans both away and at home.
