Lady Gaga celebrated her 38th birthday with an intimate dinner party with boyfriend Michael Polansky and a small group of friends.

According to a new report people magazinePolanski, 46, clearly stood up for Gaga and made sure she had a very special day.

A source told the outlet, “They look happy together. He makes her sparkle and makes sure she has everything she needs.”

The pop icon, born Stefani Joanna Angelina Germanotta, hosted a low-key birthday dinner at Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi.

“She was smiling the whole night. It was a fun celebration,” the source noted.

As for the happy couple, “They’re not shy about showing off PDA. They look happy together.”

Following the birthday celebrations, Gaga took to her Instagram to express her gratitude to her friends, family and friends for all the love they showed her on her birthday.

In the touching post, she even teased a possible new music project.

“I feel like my heart is filled with gratitude for my health and my music – I’ve been writing some of the best music for as long as I can remember,” she revealed while counting her blessings.
